Suncor Development was opening up new development called Stonecliffe and The Sedona Golf Resort. They needed to promote the opening of the model homes and a brand new clubhouse that had just finished being built. They came to us to design a unique invitation targeted towards realtors and the business community in the surrounding area. We were given carte blanche on the project and decided our concept should revolve around
the colors and textures of the beautiful red rock setting that is Sedona. The outer envelop highlighted the model home descriptions and elevation drawings, and housed a set of inserts promoting the event. A translucent cover sheet and specialty papers were used to describe the event that included a golf tournament and luncheon.
